    One of Greystone’s smallest and most charming facilities, North Rehab is located in a residential community and is central to St. Anthony's Hospital and Bayfront Medical Center. Featuring two cozy courtyards, North’s residential charm extends to its dedicated associates, some of whom have worked in the center for over 20 years. As a smaller, more exclusive community of 45 beds, individualized care is part of North’s mantra. Our close knit rehab community is a place any guest would call home


    Our community has an opportunity for a driven and passionate Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).  Responsibilities of the Restorative CNA include:

    • Coordinating and assisting with range of motion, exercise activities, and the use of walkers or other assertive devices
    • Assisting members with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other restorative functions
    • Utilizing restorative techniques to promote member independence and highest functional level

    Function as needed as Certified Nursing Assistant to meet the needs of our customers at the community


    • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing licensed in the state of Florida.
    • Knowledge and understanding of restorative nursing procedures.
    • Must achieve required hours of in-service education annually as required by federal or state requirements.
    • Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish this job.
    • Must be able to relate positively and favorably to members and guests and to work cooperative with others.
    • Must be able to communicate verbally in a positive and professional manner.
    • Must meet all local health regulations, and pass pre-employment physical exam, drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.
