Overview

The Lakes of Clermont is conveniently located in the southern half of Lake County, within a mile of Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. 40 private and 20 semi-private suites will include individual bathrooms each with it's own shower. Enclosed, interior courtyards with water features will provide multiple locations for relaxing. For entertainment, a movie cinema on-site will provide residents with surround sound theater experiences. Personalized dining services will be provided by our trained culinary staff, including a registered dietitian.

Physical Therapist, PRN

 

Our community has an opportunity for a driven, passionate, and caring Physical Therapist. The responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include:

  • Accurately assessing the needs of all patients and carry out an individual progressive treatment program
  • Recording all pertinent information regarding the treatment program
  • Attending and contributing to patient staffing and utilization reviews to coordinate a total patient plan of care.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university. Registered by the American Physical Therapy Association, Inc.
  • Must hold and maintain licensed to practice in our state
  • One year of experience, in a skilled nursing facility is desired
  • Ability to relate and motivate patients for productivity
  • Able to cooperate with patients, families, peers, healthcare professionals and other staff
  • Flexible in adaptation to patient or environmental change
  • We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
