    Recognized as a leader in ortho/neuro rehabilitation, The Lodge is located just blocks away from Ocala Regional and Munroe Regional Medical Center. The newest addition to this facility is the private suites in our skilled rehab unit designed specifically for short term Medicare and HMO members. As a guest at The Lodge, you will receive individualized and compassionate therapy throughout your stay. The community hosts a full service amenity package including skilled rehab, concierge service, Bistro dining, and an internet lounge. Luxurious private suites are offered equipped with electric beds, private phones, and flat panel televisions with cable to make our guests feel at home. 

    Responsibilities

    Our community has an opportunity for a caring, passionate Clinical Educator who can be a leader, an educator, and a friend to our excellent nursing staff. The Clinical Educator will:

    • Assess training needs and plan in-service education and certification training programs
    • Implement new associate orientation
    • Maintain staff development policies
    • Other duties as assigned

    The ideal Clinical Educator will share our vision to provide the very best in patient care.

    Qualifications

    • Must be a qualified licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
    • Must have at least one year of full-time experience as a licensed nurse providing direct resident care in a long-term healthcare facility in addition to one year of experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in the field of nursing is desired.
    • Demonstrates understanding of state and federal rules and regulations that govern the practices of the community.
    • Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with other associates.
